This was my first time to do float therapy. I loved it. I highly recommend it. It's very relaxing and I saw and felt the differences how it effected my body for the better. I am definitely thinking about doing it again Jasmine was very helpful and explained everything. She was training someone also and she was helpful and doing a good job. Go try it. You deserve it. I even slept better last night and I have problems sleeping and my neck was tight and felt the muscles relax some so it wasn't so tight. You will love it 😀
Wonderful place from start to finish so nice.
Jasmine was wonderful and so helpful! The experience was luxurious and even as a first timer I felt relaxed and at home. Would highly recommend this location, especially since I got the first time float for $45 which was beyond worth!
I absolutely love this place. Floating is a massive game changer for me on so many levels! I first went to True Rest back in 2016 and I've been a regular ever since!
