We visited the store last week and encountered rude and incompetent staff!!!!! negative experience at this store!!!!!!!
I went to Ontario Mills location over the weekend, the customer service was horrible and unprofessional. The manager was rude, never once acknowledged. I asked for a pair of jeans in my size, did not fit, and the guy that was helping me was very upset that I didn't purchase them. I asked for customer service number, as expected, she asked why got upset and stormed away from the register. To mention, this is my second time going into this location and the same thing twice in one week.
Went today n got accused of stealing when we have proof that we didn’t steal n got followed thru the mall n they took our picture without our constent very rude employee
