they’re gonna say that the online video about this location was an isolated incident but this actually isn’t my first time hearing / experiencing this. the staff here is known to profile. i always feel monitored when i go and then i see a video on tik tok of a woman having a similar experience. its hard to look at it as a coincidence.
I spend a good amount of money here and yet get treated like I’m either stealing or a nuisance when asking a question. Rudeness and snarkiness from Jessica especially.
