True Religion Cumberland Mall: Went in this store twice once for my daughter to try on some jeans for her birthday 2 weeks ago. The store associate working in the store did not greet us when we came in. Didn't ask did we need help. We were looking at jeans on the table and the associate that works there was folding, again she did not ask if we needed help and she did not even move over so we can look at the other jeans. Visited this location with my cousin and the floor associate was not helpful. She looked at us several times while engaging in a conversation with someone else. First she should have welcomed us, she also should have asked if we needed help. Personally she should not be working there if she is going to have a negative attitude and lack customer service skills. This store has received several poor reviews due to customer service. Management needs to reevaluate the staffing.
