Bought a sweatsuit set from Potomac Mills true religion store. The customer service was horrible, the whole staff was unprofessional. They all were really rude and rolling their eyes. Even the Managers didnt have any respect for customers either. The inside of the sweatpants had very bad material. Please change all of your true religion staff at potomac mills mall, Woodbridge Virginia. Losing customers with the bad service.
Good selection of jeans. I wasn’t looking to buy but ended up buying a pair of jeans. Wish I could remember the young man that helped me and he choose my actual fit! I was 100% satisfied with it, fit me like a glove. Good store and Very Helpful staff!
Had a humorously odd experience at checkout. The cashier, who said her name was Rose, asked if anyone had helped me. I said no, though another associate had only opened the fitting room. She rolled eyes and told me that counts as help, and when I stated well i guess it depends on where you're shopping perhaps, she just said “whatever.” Dismissive and unprofessional. This was once a nice location but customer service like this makes me reconsider each time.
I had such an amazing experience at True Religion! The store was beautifully organized, easy to shop, and had such a great atmosphere. I went with my mom, and Phillon, the manager, was absolutely incredible to both of us. She was so helpful, encouraging, and genuinely kind, making our visit feel personal and special. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond like she did — truly outstanding service!
They kicked my brothers and I out of the store before we even step foot in the store, because apparently we’re all “teenagers” when we are all over 18. It wasn’t even in a nice way, the lady had a very rude attitude which was very unprofessional and could’ve been handled way better. And few minutes later we walked past the store and there was actual teens in the store which I thought was pretty funny.
