I brought my son to get a haircut with Sam. I told Sam “ keep the Length, trim and layer to keep more hair lighter. Well he ignored me , and gave my son a very short haircut. After I was very clear and he confirmed. My wife walked in extremely upset. My opinion is Samual didn’t want my business after 1 year seeing him, he totally ignored what I told him to do.
