If I could give a negative star I would. If these people approach you to buy your property, turn and RUN!! In my opinion, these people (Ethan Mallory, Frederick Brown and their team) went into contract to purchase our property. We went along with their request to extend the inspection period and the closing date. We allowed them to conduct an inspection on the date of their choice.
