install started in november, panels were installed but installers left cigarette butts on my roof and one box was left open and uncovered We are now mid January and the system install is still not completed and yet i am paying for it. I email over and over with no response I finally got ahold of someone on the phone and they are telling me 4-6 more months to complete the job , they are still shopping for a vendor to do the panel upgrade. Great experience! I received a quote in the middle of November and by the first week of December the solar panels were installed. They stick to their word. We had a really bad experience with another solar company with communication issues and coming out to inspect. But the experience with tru pwer has been positive throughout. Reps were very knowledgeable and explained everything. Answered all our questions. The solar panel installers were all very nice and professional. FAST but also great service
So far, SO good! Just placed order with Jake for all new roof, MPU & 6kw solar system. Jake seems to be a stand up guy and everything was explained or answered intelligently and in depth. Look forward to my full roof and solar install and I'll update review at that time.
True Power has professionals, like Isaac and Jake Tinkham, that met me and presented thier service. They represent Sunrun (a leading Solar company). I think it is a win-win-win for all, especially since our utility bill will be lower. My research was confirmed and my questions were answered. This is the time to go solar and the circumstances have many benefits, i.e. no DIY responsibilities of permits, taxes, upkeep, performance monitoring, The process seems so easy too. Thank you.
