DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE BRONX OR MANHATTAN LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS IN A DR OFFICE. THIS PLACE SHOULD HONESTLY DISMANTLE. THEY HAVE PEOPLE NOT QEARING MASKS OPERATING PHONES AND BEING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND USELESS BEHIND THE RECEPTION DESK. HORRIBLE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

These people are not professionals. They never pick up the phone. At this point it seems they have my number and once they see it they ignore it. We have been trying to get the results for a test for over 2 months! They told us it would be ready over a month ago and we just keep getting told it’s not ready to call me back another time. This is not a reliable office. If you need results and services quickly look elsewhere.
