Quick, helpful & quality work.
This review is two part: 1st the office section setting up service and appointments failed significantly. No follow through no coordination update took 5 call to finally get locked in on an appointment after paying for updated service and equipment. Techs failed to show and just right out went AWOL and no notifications I had to call to get this on track. Very bad experience that lost me $3500. I bought a camera security system for $2000 That stopped working after 2 years.I had a subscription with true protection then they switched me over to Brinks Home with out letting me know.If i knew i wouldn’t have subscribed because Brinks Home has the worst customer service and they steal your money.All the sensors stopped working after 1 year and every time they would come fix it they would charge $50 and the sensors would stop working every month.I tried to unsubscribe but they said... read more
Matt and Damian need to be commended for their amazing customer service. Had 8 security cameras installed just over 7 years ago and one had recently started to give us issues. They resolved the issue and got the job done flawlessly. Thanks guys.
