Edit: I can no longer stand by my original review. This was a company that used to look to what they could do for the customer; now they look to how they can take as much money as possible from the customer. What a disappointment. They have some great techs - Michael has been fabulous! The support from the office is helpful as well. We love our camera system and they were great in helping us with the design meeting our goals!
True Protection did a great job of sending a rep out within days of my online request. The rep was so patient and helpful, not to mention on time, friendly, and professional. He gave me a refresher walk through of all the features of my home alarm. If you are looking for a locally owned home security service, call True Protection. I’ve been using them for about 5 years and they’re consistently EXCELLENT and reasonably priced.
