Trying to get quote from them for my home insurance. Tried several times and no response. If you want insurance broker, I would never use this one. On for the hills. Maybe they're very busy. But at least do a call back. This company is pathetic!

These people are incompetent. We had a ridiculous increase In homeowner insurance. Called them, no response. Found our own insurance and notified them in June! We were entitled to a refund. True Pro said they'd process it. They didn't. Called several months later. No refund. Had to provide Declaration Page. I did. They completed the request for a refund with the wrong date even after they had the policy Declaration Page. They were notified the next day from the carrier to correct it.
