Can't say anything negative about my procedure at True Precision Medical. Front office staff was very friendly and efficient getting me signed in. The young woman and man who got me ready in preop were also very friendly, explained everything that was about to take place in detail. Made sure all my questions were answered. I had a great experience with TruePrecision Medical. I had a knee procedure called Genicular Artery Embolization, or GAE. All of the staff were professional, friendly, funny and overall GREAT. All went as scheduled. I had no pain at all during or after my surgery. I would highly recommend getting this done if you need to get help with knee pain.
Very satisfied, had one knee done on 1/12/26 other on 1/28/26. From first visit to both procedures the staff was great. Would highly recommend. Hopefully returning for shoulder.
I was optimistic going in and out. Well informed. Confident staff. Kind and caring.
