What happened to True Pest Control? Paid up front for my annual service and they disappeared with $375 of my money. I have been a customer for years. The very least they could have done was put a message on their voice mail explaining what is going on. The more appropriate thing would be to refund their customer's money for unused services. Really not cool and very disappointing. Now I have to pay again for services from someone else. Shame on you Joanne.
What happened to them? No one answers the phone. Paid them for the whole year for two properties. Where can we complain to get our money.?????
they took my money for warranty renewal and never showed up, don't answer phone and the website disappeared. BEWARE!
