Ed is so professional and down to earth! We put a request in and heard back almost right away. He made it a point to come out , take a look, explain everything and even be discreet! We had an invasion of yellow jacket hornets in our attic recently. It was unknown until they began entering our living area through the slight spaces between recessed lighting fixtures and our second level ceiling. Ed promptly returned our call for assistance that morning and showed up with all his professional equipment. He made multiple trips up into the attic until he finally located the insect entry point and the nest which he then proceeded to destroy and remove. I first hired Ed to treat for insects crawling through a foundation into a basement apartment in *********** The tenant at the time had a real bug phobia and Ed was really good at putting her mind at ease.
