We put in an online inquiry in the evening for an assessment of our roof after a recent hail storm. They called the next morning (love that!) and were able to come out later that afternoon. Tracy was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process. True North was awful working with. It took over a year start from finish to get my roof done and one side of siding. They lied to me on more than one occasion saying they were waiting to hear back from my insurance company but didn’t actual submit the things to my insurance company that they were “waiting to hear about “, they said they were waiting on me to make the color selection after not returning my messages for two weeks even though I had the proof that I went over the samples with the sales lady and made my selection... read more
I had researched shingle options and True North Roofing was the only company in the area that carries Euroshield shingles. They came out and investigated the roof in person and examined the roof form the top and from inside the attic. They explained the options and answered my questions. I was sincerely hoping to have a better experience with this company as they were sold to me as a "woman owned business" on Minnesota Public Radio. I waited over 2 weeks (due to rain es explained by Sarah) to get an estimate for a small job at my home. I needed one shingle reattached and a piece of metal covering wood on my gable replaced, approximately 16' of custom shaped metal. I had a great experience with True North Roofing on my siding project this spring. Chelsea answered all my questions, found the perfect color for the house, made great recommendations, and even set us up with a painter for the brick. I love that this is a local and woman-led company, and the work was completed quickly. I'm so happy with the new look of our house!
