I would recommend True North Roofing to anyone! The roof turned out amazing, and they were responsive and great communicators. Additionally, four years later when we needed information to remove our PMI and also our insurance company needed proof of the age of our roof, they responded with all the documents I needed within one hour. Such organized and wonderful service!!!!!
Do not use this company. My experience with TrueNorth was very disappointing. It took nearly an entire year to get my roof. The first project manager that was assigned to me was very knowledgeable and helpful, when I could get ahold of them. They ordered the supplies for my roof, but stopped responding to me not long after I paid my 50% down payment. Soon after, the season was over. Had a positive experience with True North and Tracy Pionek, their representative. The crew that replaced the roof was on time and professional. The work was done in one day. The gutters were installed a week or so later. True North also sent a project leader to inspect, finalize and make sure we were satisfied with the results.
