Absolutely the most dedicated and caring persons I have ever had help me in my 75 years. Justin manages to get an amazing amount accomplished with wonderful help from his Dad and brother in law. They came the day I called to start removing the 7 inches of water in my basement. Extremely kind individuals helping a serious situation be less stressful for me. Five plus stars!
John was an absolute super hero! Had several inches of water in my large basement. Called during off hours and John called back quickly, talked through what was going on and best approach. Gave me peace of mind to know that he could come pump out the basement anytime if needed. When here, he cleared up the water in a few hours, talked me through options. The quick action, friendly and personal service, and work to really understand the problem were impeccable. I cannot recommend True North Restoration strongly enough!!!
Justin came out in June of 2024 and found a leak that 2 other plumbers couldn’t find…he didn’t give up searching until he found it!! Thank you Justin:)
True north came out to my house to do an assessment..the tech was so friendly and so informative about our problem.. I got my results back and was told “we’ll call you to discuss remediation” I never got a call back so I called… not once, not twice, but 3 times and I still haven’t gotten a call back about my remediation. I’m disappointed because the tech was so nice… but it’s been over a month since we’ve had the testing done and I still haven’t gotten a call back.
As I was putting away some decorations I noticed the carpet in my finished basement wet. I panicked! It was my 75g water heater. One company came out with NO equipment! Then someone suggested True North Restoration in Collegeville. Justin came right over with a calming presence and actual equipment. He did a fabulous job and went above and beyond.
