I was blown away by the amazing customer service when we needed mold removal in our basement. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would! John was professional and knowledgeable. And when they were finished, you’d hardly known they’d been there except the health danger was FINALLY gone! It’s encouraging to know a company takes such pride in making sure customers are 100% satisfied, and True North Restoration of Raleigh is definitely doing just that!

I was at my vacation rental and had a water overflow problem. John took care of the problem right away. He was also punctual and a great communicator. I recommend True North for any water damage you may have.
