John arrived quickly after our call for assistance and immediately began the water removal process. He checked on the process daily and saw it to completion even on the weekend! His report was very thorough and his statement of services rendered clearly identified all charges. I would highly recommend True North.
John and his team at True North were fantastic. They responded promptly, communicated often and effectively, and, most importantly, fixed the problem. While they were quick to respond, the problem was not quick to solve. Given that it was years in the making, the couple of days it took to resolve it, were nothing. John even dealt directly with the insurance claims adjuster. I couldn't be happier with True North.
