Brian from True North was a gem. Came out for a free inspection and was very thorough! He listened to my concerns and helped me greatly by offering a variety of solutions AND guidance for things I can do on my own. I felt way less anxiety over the situation (in need of an inspection) purely because he educated me on what I can do to mitigate the issue long term. He was nice, clean, and not a creep (I say this as a female homeowner who had definitely dealt with creeps before). 10/10 recommend this company.
I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his team. After my home inspection, I had a tight deadline to address issues in my crawlspace and Brian was incredibly quick to respond and come take a look. He was professional, knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I could not be happier with the results, the service and professionalism shown throughout the job!!! I truly appreciate the extra effort Brian and his crew put in and highly recommend this company to anyone needing water restoration or cra... read more
This company is amazing. We had an area where we were concerned it could be black mold. Brian came out and checked everything and offered his expertise on what we could do. I would definitely recommend this company for any restoration you might need.

They removed the existing ceiling beams, patched the drywall, and replaced it with new finished wood. The result is immaculate. Additionally, they cared for all of our furnit... read more
