I worked with Brian on a vaulted ceiling truss replacement. The wood originally installed was growing mold, and Brian came by, listened to our concerns, and we drafted up a plan. Throughout the process, he kept in contact and visited us with samples of the replacement wood finish they would do. Brian & team handled it all from there very professionally. Helped in a pinch on checking out a new home with water issues. Went above and beyond what I thought he'd do seems to love his job.
He tried his best the first time and then came back and did a good job and when he came back he even cleaned up and disinfected it
Brian stopped by when I had a sewage back up in the house within an hour of me calling just to make sure the situation was alright and give me some tips on how to handle it. Super nice guy and easy to talk to! Even gave me some supplies so I could clean it up myself without having to pay a company big $$ to come.
Had a water leak in my ceiling I discovered late at night. True North responded quickly, and Brian gave me great advice on first measures to take while he made his way to me. He arrived promptly and was both friendly and professional the entire time, pointed out where the damage was. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.
