DO NOT RENT FROM THIS GUY. I rented from Jean Pierre for a whole year. We moved in and they said the place would be professionally cleaned when we moved in, and it was not. We drove by as the previous tenant was moving out 4 hours before we were able to move in. The carpet was disgusting with dog hair everywhere. There were holes in the walls/doors. The cupboards weren’t cleaned out either. I was never home but maybe a few days a month. Being a young adult, I slid it under the rug because I really didn’t care but as soon as ... read more

It’s very hard to find a management company that’s honest, professional, that don’t nickel and dime you to death. We’ve been with True North Properties for 14 years and it’s been wonderful. Vacancies are very rare and necessary repairs have been done instantly. I trust my bldg’s to Mr Jean Pierre without hesitation. Great job.
