Fly-by-night micro business. Cares nothing about customer service. It's a money-grab.
On Oct. 27th I was charged $ 170 without any notification. I stayed at their condo on Oct. 4th. They gave me a great review about the condition we left the condo. The charge was for an outdoor table grill that collapsed "because we did not replace a soaking wet grill cover". The grill didn't cook our chicken, we had to take it indoors to cook. The fireplace didn't work. There are no handrails going to the 2nd floor condo. Lovely condo, poor management. See you in court!
