I visited True North twice with my daughter for her wisdom teeth removal. Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Technicians and staff were polite and friendly while efficiently providing top notch care. All medical/ dental insurance costs were estimated up front at the first apt. Unfortunatly, both times my son and his father visited the clinic they encountered rude front desk staff. In addition, I've never had a clinic bill us for a procedure prior to submitting to insurance. I'm not a fan of prepaying a bill before the final total is solidified. I'd understand a request for a reasonable deposit or supplying a credit card incase of nonpayment, but prepaying is unreasonable for these types of services.
Dr Paul Vollmer is excellent and very professional. Both my neighbor and I had implants with great results. Highly recommend!
Very helpful. Nice office and great doctors! Was willing to work through insurance billing issues with me.
