Called to make an appointment and was greeted by a sweet lady, she said that there was a cancellation for Dec 22, I took that appointment. Fast forward to the appointment that I missed work for, and a different woman states my appointment changed to January 5th. She had 0 care that an error was made on their part and told me there was nothing she could do. Absolutely useless staff.
