I was referred to True North and I was led to the right people. We needed Home Health for my brother as he was being discharged and needed help once he got home on the same day. Kayla assessed him and got the right people there that night and for everyday afterward until he was better and got into assisted living recently. He enjoyed everyone they sent and we all felt safe leaving him in their care! Everyone was very efficient and did exactly what was needed. Thank You!
I've been with True North Home Care, for about 7 month. I've had a wonderful experience, with my full time caregiver,Brenda is on time, never misses a shift and is great at picking up shifts as she can . She also is great at taking me out when I want to go.I also have another caregiver, while she doesn't work much. Savannah is great at all she does. I'd recommend them. Brenda goes above and beyond as seen by this picture. She is putting my step stool for my bed together. The company is lucky to have her, as am I

The owner is a Registered Nurse, who ensures the highest standards of training for her staff. The team members I have met have all been very kind and welcoming when I have been by the Omaha office.
