I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I’ve waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to give the process time and see how my son’s therapy progressed. Unfortunately, he hasn’t shown any improvement in fact, things seem to have gotten worse. This situation is especially concerning since we were court-ordered to use this therapist through True North. To make matters more difficult, True North only allows one parent to have access to the patient account, which has limited my ability to stay informed and involved in my son’s care. The people here are awesome! I had an issue with my insurance not covering something and the staff was able to help me sort it out. They were very understanding and made the whole thing way less stressful.
I started therapy after a friend recommended it to me and I’m so glad I did. It took awhile to break out of my shell but the staff was so welcoming and kind. There was zero judgement and I would highly recommend for anyone who is dealing with anxieties or trauma!
Horrible! This place and management disgust me. Stole money from me, charged my card without my approval.
