I’ve had nothing but great experiences at True North. The atmosphere is very relaxing, calming and inviting. The therapists are genuine and empathetic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Wonderful experience, felt welcomed from the moment i walked in. You can tell the people really care about you and want to give you the best treatment!
Not the greatest experience cancellation policy is horrible
The therapist was kind however our experience with this office left things to be desired. Including an email about unpaid balances when they auto deduct our payments from our debit card and have never had a denial. This email comes as there are charges pending. Funny this came after we notified the therapist we are no longer interested in continuing with this office. I heard negatives about it here and I can see why. Nina Demarco is terrible and super dismissive. It’s blatantly obvious she doesn’t care which is extremely ironic for someone allegedly trained in suicide prevention.
