Shawn ******* was the owner of True North Glass. His company installed two windows (march 2017) and did such a poor, messy job that ice condensation forms around the edges. He set up a reinstall (April 2018) for when the weather was warmer, but didn’t show up to redo the windows . I found out all his numbers go to a new glass company, Total Glass Professionals, who say they have no knowledge of him.
