We had such a great experience with Steve, Andy, and the entire crew at True North. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, reliable, and always took the time to answer our questions. The crew was an absolute pleasure to have around, and our space was left clean and tidy at the end of every workday. Most importantly, our deck turned out beautifully — we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Thank you for everything!
We had True North replace some rotten porch posts. Work was done promptlty and capably, with very nice effect. Disruption was minimal and he site was left perfectly clean. Professional from quote to finished work. Highly recommended.
Our experience with True North General Contractors was very positive and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They handled an extensive bathroom renovation with care and they persevered when a few complexities arose. They communicated well with us and provided regular updates on the status of the project. Their trades people were all highly skilled and did an excellent job. Overall this was a superior experience for us and they are to be commended for their skill in coordinating the project.

Finding a contractor you can trust can be a daunting task. True North was the only contractor that provided a clear and detailed scope of work. We didn't have any hidden surprises, and the plan was clear, detailed and made the entire process seamless. I'd highly recommend them for any home renovations. They finished our basement and we love it.
