It is comforting to have a clinic that is warm and sensitive to my needs, scheduling is never a problem and my provider is professional and caring.
Such a horrible experience with the reception staff!!!!! My mom was seen by the doctor last Thursday. She needed refill for her medicine. They told her the doctor will fill it in a few because he’s with a patient right now. Today is Thursday already and still no refill for her prescription. She called was told that they sent it already at Safeway. We called Safeway and were told nothing has come yet for her. Very happy with my experience here. The place has a nice nautical theme interior design happening which brightened up my short wait. Staff was great, happy, pleasant, and helpful. I saw Dr. Marina McIntyre who was quite easy to talk with, very receptive, knowledgeable and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re either looking for a new provider or aren’t content with the provider you currently use.
