This company demonstrated how 5-star customer service should and did happen. The high winds we had on Saturday night, May 31, 2025, blew shingles off my roof. I called True North Sunday morning, and a few hours later, an assessment was done. June 3, 2025 - Shingles are now back in place, and a quick repair to some eaves troughs was completed as well. The owner promised me that they will come back and they did! Inspite the work is just a very small touch up! I lost 3-4 pcs of shingles and called in lots of roofing company and the moment they knew its just few peaces shingles no one showed up except for true north interiors! You can see and notice how serious they are whether a small project that you don’t find it in other company’s! Highly recommended. More power true north interiors.

We had True North Exteriors replace the roof shingles, gutters, and added insulation around 6 years ago. True professional service, and they were able to accomplish everything within the time frame. Recently, we had work done with my venting , and they were right there to quickly make adjustments. We are very impressed with the customer service and the ability to respond! We highly recommend them for exterior home improvements!

I had a significant amount of work done (new roof, siding, gutters, soffit) and several years later had some minor repairs to be done. I called and they sent someone out RIGHT AWAY to take care of it! I was so impressed with their quick response, professionalism and customer service. Highly Recommend!!!
