Had an issue with shipping, the two bottles I order of cleaner spilled out in transit. I reached out via email explaining the situation with pictures upon receiving the package. David a manager from true north detailing supplies responded quickly explained I wasn't the only one having this issue. He offered a refund or the option to wait for the product to come back in stock and they would ship it out once arrived. I was happy with the option to wait. Went to visit for the first time to upgrade my pads. As I wanted to pursue detailing. Met Doug who was very helpful and very friendly. I showed him what I was using as I told him I have to do alot of passes and he was able to help me choose the pads for the right job with the compounds I'm using. He went a step further and gave me a demo with pads. I also purchased a pad cleaning tool and he also gave me tips for pad drying. Will go back more and take the correction class too!
