Very poor customer service . As a professional detailer amd businessman , just stopping in to buy some products last minute I needed in a pinch. Doug at the counter seemed like he was tired and very annoyed at my presence and didnt want to help me at all just sat there on his phone. Not rude per say but the energy of being in there wasn't very pleasing or warm and welcoming and just bad overall customer experiance/ service. Finally a local detailing supply store that's not crappy tires! Went in for the first time today to get some decon sprays but left without it due to excellent advice and experience shared by the staff there. This is what is lacking for those beginners DIY like me who just surfs reddits and youtube. I would happily pay difference between what they charge and what i can find on the internet for the advice and experience alone.
