Peaceful, uplifting , nurturing, authentic- what a yoga and healing arts center should be.
Full disclosure, I am a little bias because I teach yoga here, but I am also a patron of the spa, tea house, boutique & yoga classes. Not only do we have an amazing line up of yoga teachers & friendly staff but True Nature itself is stunning! Whether you’re a local or visiting it’s a must visit type of place, and if you have a few hours to book a spa treatment, eat a delicious lunch, take a yoga class, walk the reflexology path & shop, all the better. Love the Peace & Mindfulness there. I am there every month meditating with my SRF group. :) Need to try out the new Spa! The food & tea is wonderful too.
