I have been a customer of them since I moved to Bonney Lake. They never disappoint, they are very polite, attentive and do a great job every time. I appreciate their service and the experience I receive from them. I highly recommend this salon.
Unprofessional & rude!! First time was great (my boss prepaid as a work reward) Now second time around- Came in for a pedicure was shown a board I pointed to the $60 gel deluxe pedicure which included the wax & stones the same one I picked the first time I came. Right away nail tech looked at my toes began speaking to the nail tech next to her who then looked over at my toes began to speaking in thier language again & giggling! I’ve always had a nice experience here. They remodeled the shop and it looks great. They offer complimentary beverages. I’ve been really happy here. Even brought my out of state friend and she said the service did not match the online reviews.
