Just another shitty company recommended by AHS. I've had the same issue for years. My A/C units break, then I call AHS for a repair. Each time, I'm billed for ridiculous amounts of freon and each time I'm told there's no leak. However, the following year, it occurs again... and again... and again. I had this garbage company assigned to my home by Americam Home Shield and I have never been more upset and disappointed. Martin, the technician, came to our house, was only here for about 4 minutes, and told us that because of how hot it is outside the unit fails. He didn't even look at the unit or open it up. I told him that even when it's about 80 to 85 the same issue happens. He looked at me and just repeated that when it's too hot the system fails. True Master is simply an awful company to deal with. I will NEVER have them in my home or recommend them to anyone. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. "Martin" was called out by my home warranty (AHS) to look at our AC unit that was not working. Before his appointment I took the outside panels off my unit to clean the coil (as home owners are supposed to do). I did not put the panels back on as the service was several hours afterwards. Terrible service…either technician they sent either didnt know his job or tried to scam my wife while I was at work. Told my wife we had a leak without even running any test on my unit and wanted $800 to fix it
0 Stars. Total Scam. Typical shady business. Had AC “fixed” two months ago by Albert. Supposedly replaced a valve and added coolant. AC recently started to blow 80 degrees. I call True Master and they claim they only have 30 days warranty and now I’d have to pay a service fee AND pay for whatever needs to be done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
