I would not use this property management company for ANYTHING!! Very unprofessional and rude staff!! I would never recommend using them for any kind of property management needs!! You will strongly regret it!!
This is my 3rd management company at the same complex. They make a huge difference. Responsive caring and flexible. Easy to communicate with.
So quick at taking care of issues in the apartments!! They are so very friendly, helpful , and very accommodating. Also as a management company they do very well at making me feel heard.
They are extremely rude. Very condescending, never respond to maintenance requests. And are trying to get me to leave after living there for 11 years without even giving me a reason why. 11 years I've paid on time and have dealt with a broken dishwasher for 2 of them and my bathroom floor caving in for them to treat me like that. Devastated.
