These guys are so clutch! My building has had a few issues this year and they've always known what to do and handle it. Peace of mind.
It seems that property managers get lumped into the same category as dentists (does anyone actually like going to the dentist?) and car dealers but my experience with True Management has been top tier. Messages are returned promptly, service requests are handled quickly (and professionally) and any issues that have come up are resolved right away. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.
I’ve lived in NY for a decade so I’ve lived through my fair share of horrible apartments and even worse property managers. True Management is a gem. I lived in Williamsburg for five years and had the pleasure of True Management being our property managers. They were always quick and communicative with service and I appreciated the ability to pay rent online, along with any maintenance requests through their portal. Terrible experience with True Management. Communication is extremely poor, they rarely respond to calls or emails, and when they do, it’s never helpful. Maintenance requests take forever to be handled, and the staff seem careless about tenants’ concerns. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management. Very disappointing experience.
