Terrible experience with True Management. Communication is extremely poor, they rarely respond to calls or emails, and when they do, it’s never helpful. Maintenance requests take forever to be handled, and the staff seem careless about tenants’ concerns. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management. Very disappointing experience.
I had a very bad experience with True Management. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Whenever I needed help or tried to contact them, no one replied properly. Maintenance requests are always delayed, and they don’t seem to care about tenants at all. I’m very disappointed with their service and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible experience with True Management. Communication is almost impossible — they never respond to emails or calls on time. Maintenance issues take weeks (sometimes months) to fix, and even then, the work is done poorly. The staff are unhelpful and rude when you try to follow up. I would not recommend renting or working with this company at all. Very disappointing service.
The quality of their work is excellent, and they consistently exceed our expectations (especially when it comes to timelines and timeliness). If you're looking for a dependable property management company. look no further than True management. I highly recommend them.
