As a property owner living outside of New York, I’ve been impressed with how Robert, Michael, and Daniel at True Management have handled my building. They manage tenant relations and maintenance efficiently, always keeping me updated without overloading me with details. Their proactive approach to any issues gives me peace of mind, knowing my property is well taken care of. I highly recommend them to any out-of-town owners.
A friend and I just finished a year lease with this company in one of their Bedstuy properties. They were very good with communication, and very fair as property owners. Our maintainance issues were responded to in a pretty timely manner. And I was happy to see regular maintainance and cleaning of my building from the owners staff. I can't say anything bad, they were great landlords. Would rent from them again.
Slumlords ! Please avoid at all costs. As a joke I said to my partner, "everything these people say is a lie"; over the past few weeks their actions have solidified this statement into an absolute truth. "all of these issues will be resolved by the time you move in". Untrue. Lie. "tomorrow we have X vendor coming to fix Y problem". Nope. Lie. "this work will be completed on X day". Did not happen.
