I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My wedding dress was altered and made significantly smaller than agreed. I even have proof that I messaged and called the business a day before and she told me “just do it tighter” When I contacted the business to raise my concerns on the day of the wedding and after my wedding day, I was dismissed and my messages were ignored. I highly recommend True Love Bridal Couture. From the first time I went to the shop trying to find my dress, to the trial and when I went to bring the dress back, they were very kind and helpful. The dress made me look like a princess and it made my day.
Price is a bit high for what it’s worth. During my two fitting I asked for the dress to be shortened and they agreed. Then on my wedding day, it wasn’t. I was disappointed but I couldn’t do anything at that stage, it’s too late. Other than that, the dress was well made.
