Abe appeared nice at first to gain my trust so I can pay him BEFORE the job was completed. He messed up on the installation of the outlet and showed up 1.5 hours late. I had to deal with tenant complains due to that. Then he wanted to charge me extra for fixing his own mistakes which he initially promised to do for free.
