Great in the office we really like doctor James. however they Fall on their face after. Several times they have told us that they would send a prescription and when we try to pick it up hours later they still haven't sent it! Just today I have a sick 11 month old he's been sick for a week and already been in to see doctor James. my wife calls at 0830 to see if we need to bring him back because he still has a temp and can't breathe with congestion. Not happy with True life. For the amount we pay monthly we basically get no care. I have called many times with concerns, only to be ignored or questioned as if I was lying. To this day the Dr has never even examined me. He only takes you in a room and talks for two hours with out letting you speak. Honesty I wondered if he was on drugs the way he talked.
