My dad (and me!) are so blessed to have the help from True Kare Home Health! This home care agency has been so reliable, flexible, kind and caring. They all communicate (in English) with me and my dad throughout, and listen to always get the right fit for us, and as needs change in home care in here. From their visiting nurse (WOW!) , to their CNAs, to their physical therapists, this agency is stellar. The nursing care provided was excellent. Both Shevonne and Jackie epitomized the quality of services that I needed coming home from the hospital. They interfaced with the pharmacy to assure that I had the medication that I required each day. The level of professionalism was just what I needed and expected. They monitored and tracked my vital signs each visit and also kept track of my overall health to assure that my progress kept moving in a positive direction. I could not have asked for better care!! Care, punctuality, attentiveness, cleanliness and compassion are a few words that describe the care we received from True Kare Home Health. Shavonne and Jackie were very professional and sympathetic to all of my medical needs. They always made me smile, even when I did not feel my best.
