edit; they didn't tell me about any charges for their little nail care kit or a deposit so i don't know if that was added in. i didn't receive a 'sanitary' kit or whatever they call it. i also never paid a deposit unless he just added that without telling me but to my knowledge it was 140 for just nails. first pic is what i asked for the rest is what i got. service was pretty bare minimum, I thought i was getting my nails done by true, and john was the one to do them even though I said I would wait for her since I got there ... read more

I was not satisfied with my time there , I asked for one thing and ended up with something completely different. John did my nails and instead of telling me he couldn’t do the flower I initially asked for he tried selling me on something else. Besides his poor care for customer satisfaction, I also got a pedicure and he was being a little too harsh on my feet, and I am 9 months pregnant.. I had high hopes for this salon as what they post on social media always looks amazing. I was excited to go to a small personally owned shop that was by appointment also as I grew very tired of chain nail shops. I get dip manicures done as a have decently long very healthy natural nails and I don’t like the bulk of acrylic. I went to this salon twice and they have a VERY small selection of dip colors.
