Dr. Barrett has restored my faith in medical doctors. She is informative without being patronizing, she's truly interested in you and your wellbeing and what works for you, she's kind and personable and collaboratively works with you to make you the healthiest person you can be. I have complete trust in her and truly grateful she was recommended to me.
Absolutely exceptional care!!! I could not ask for a better doctor. Dr. Barrett is thorough and will research any question I ask of her. She takes time with her patients and has been available when I have needed her. She promptly answers any questions or concerns on her secure patient portal.
I have to give a serious shout out to True Insight Direct Care. I’ve been dealing with WakeMed and it’s been a literal nightmare for weeks. Cant get anything I want out of that system or the doctors, appointment are weeks and sometimes months out and all they care about is insurance this or insurance that- even when I say I’ll self pay. Dr. Barrett is the best! I got very short notice of my PCP closing abruptly. I was in full panic mode and got a recommendation from Facebook about Dr. Barrett. I called the office line and she was the person who answered! Fast forward 6 months and I can honestly say, I am so blessed I found her.
