Lots and Lots of Negative Reviews.... However, we purchased a Task Chair from ****** when they started carrying them and it worked out great: No issues, missing parts, worked perfectly and two years later is still working perfectly, versus the dozen of other misc. office chairs that cost $$$ and preceded it for the previous 20 years.On that note, we started to replace our kitchen table dining chairs with them, not installing the arms to enable them to slide under the table and now have four black ones that are giving the sam... read more

I ordered a sofa through Amazon. It arrived yesterday. The back cushions were missing. An enclosed notice said to NOT contact the place from which I purchased the item. Rather, I must call True Innovations - promising "Fast, *************************** I called the number given, and was told (by a robot) that they were experiencing "higher than normal call volume," but an agent would assist me if I stayed on the line. I was on the line for 55 minutes - no agent. I hung up, and called an alternate number. Same message - same ... read more

Ordered their chair--had missing parts. Their book says in writing that any missing parts will be sent in two days. After a headache phone call and ever so many photos of item #'s, receipts, etc, I sent in everything the same day. Two weeks later had to call in because heard nothing. Too bad, they say, the part is backordered and will arrive in maybe 12 weeks. They refuse to send a new chair.

I purchased a ************ chair from them in June 2017. Under their stated 10-year warranty, I requested a replacement "leather" seat cushion because it started to peel -- it's probably cheap bonded leather. The True Innovations rep stated in an email response that the chair is now out of production and no cushion or parts are available. So much for the warranty! Apparently, the 10-year warranty is only a marketing ploy so you feel comfortable in your initial purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIB... read more

Horrible. ******** office chair was crazy comfortable. But began peeling with light use after about a year. Literally shedding the cheap whisper thin coating. They said that was normal wear and tear. They didn't do anything to help. It's been awhile and currently each section of the chair is peeling. Customer service couldn't care less. They said I could buy a new chair. When I let them know that I would post pictures online to warn prospective customers about the peeling, the girl said, "Ok. Bye!" and hung up.

TERRIBLE!!!! Don't wast your time or your money. This company is an absolute joke. Listen to their voice mail for customer service and you can tell that they are selling junk: If you have problems with this, press 1, problems with that ...press 2.... and so on and so on. JUNK - and customer service is HORRIBLE. DON'T WORK WITH THESE IDIOTS.

Chair was missing pieces...Customer service/warranty support is clearly unethical. Theyre call back option doesnt even give you a chance to answer the phone.

Customer service doesn't respond. I had a defective part to a chair. Said they would send me one, but never did after 7 weeks. Don't respond to emails.
