WE BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR OFFICE CHAIRS LAST 02/05 AT WALMART, WHICH COME IN WITH A DEFECTIVE PART (GAS LIFT). WE DID AS PER THE BOX INSTRUCTED THAT DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE INSTEAD CONTACT THE COMPANY. THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE CAUSE I'VE BEEN WASTING MY TIME TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE DPTM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, AND I AM STILL WAITING PER AN ANSWER.
