I would strongly caution anyone considering Tru Home Heating and Air Conditioning based on my experience. Tru Home installed a brand-new condenser in our home in 2019, and we also purchased their annual VIP maintenance program because we were told it would help keep the system running properly and identify potential problems before they became major issues. We had an excellent service visit today. Our technician Jose was thorough and efficient. He found the noise issue that was the problem and advised us of an upgrade on our condensation pump. We’ve always had good service from True Home.
