Love their service. The 3 year plan package is totally worth it. Their service tech Tony is EXCELLENT.

The tech was great! He returned later that day, installing the blower motor in about an hour. The blower motor was under warranty from the original developer’s warranty. I the tech what was the hourly charge, he said it was set price $698 for a 2 hour job, at most! This was unbelievable, $350/hour, attorney pricing! But, when you need the repair-service, you are at their mercy! Pricing could have been a lot more reasonable!
