I had a blocked right ear due to heavy build up of wax. made an appointment late Jun 2025, receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I had Dr.Simran Gill, she was very professional through out the entire cleaning process. thank you to the staff at True Hearing Rowville. glad to being able to hear clearly and much better than before. Highly recommend 😀

After having an initial consultation with a well known popular hearing aide provider I was given a quote of over $6,200, where he was incredibly pushy telling me that this ‘deal’ was only for a limited time and the price was going up ‘very soon’. When I left I was left feeling embarrassed and disheartened and I decided to not pursue trying to get a hearing aid as I couldn’t afford it.
