Just terrible service. Dr. Nasiri made me wait over an hour for my appointment, and the office's policies and communication were incredibly frustrating. After already being seen earlier that week, the office refused to prescribe medication without requiring a second appointment, which meant paying another copay. In the meantime, I was left in discomfort because they would not send the prescription until they could fit me into their schedule. I unfortunately had a terrible experience. My appointment was canceled twice. The first time a voicemail was left to cancel, when I called back to reschedule I was told the appointment was fine. I was then called back again to be told the appointment was actually canceled. Then the day of the rescheduled appointment I was called less than an hour before (I was already on the train headed there) to cancel again. Best experience with maternity staff I’ve ever experienced. The entire front desk staff especially Asmaul, Jaspinder, Sukhwant are extremely kind and helpful. I’ve been to the other location on Union turnpike it was a horrible experience and coming here changed everything. The sono tech Nasini was kind and gentle with her checks. Thank you ladies. Don't believe the bad reviews--the care I got here was fantastic. Dr. Nasiri is absolutely wonderful and helped get to the bottom of an issue I was experiencing. She explained everything that she needed to do, what next steps would be, and treated me with such immense kindness and respect. She also explained in scientific and laymen's terms what my body was experiencing, and her staff even explained what they saw on sonograms--something that has rarely happened in my 25+ years of seeing gynecologists.
