MARCY HAS A MOTHERING SPIRIT AND YUDI IS SO SWEET PATIENT AND BOTH ARE GREAT . THANK YOU TRUE HEALTH FOR YOUR PATIENTS AND GIVING ME SERVICE I NEEDED. YOU GUYS WORKED WITH ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS EVEN THOUGH I WAS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH....MARCY AND YUDI THANKKKKKKK YOUUUUUUUU........
First time I have ever been able to actually speak to the call center manager I have always been told in the past manager doesn’t speak to patients. I spoke with someone in referrals and told her I was upset with how my daughters appointment was scheduled and low and behold the call center manager Kianna picked up she listened to me yell (I’m sorry) then she spoke so sweet and gave me her direct ext of I ever have an issue again. Just so happy she was willing to speak with me and fixed the error. Love Hoffner again !!
