I recently did the V02 Max/RMR/3D Body Scan testing with True Health Center. I felt the money was well spent. If you are interested in your current health and fitness level I do not believe you will be able to find a more comprehensive and informative test. I was provided data with my fitness level and how I compare to the rest of the population. In addition, I received guidelines on how to best improve my fitness level.
