Very , Very unhappy with this facility. I was seen there for treatment of a condition which has disabled me. My doctor retired without making after 12 years with out referring me. On the same medication program for 12 years. Was advised by the PA that I had to make appointments with three different specialists for the treatment I needed and upon doing so and their confirmation of the appointments they would p prescribe the medicine needed until I could be seen by the specialists . I am only writing this review because it is impossible to get through to someone when calling, I've called 2 days in a row, 20-minute wait time, and sometimes the call would disconnect. I wish there was a better way of communicating via phone. All I wanted to do was schedule a dental appointment, which can not be done online.
The gentleman at the front desk is great, very knowledgeable and kind Thank God they changed the front stuff
Seen as a patient and had blood tests done. Left a message for the lab tech to mail or fax the results twice. Both messages ignored. Emailed the PA Janine Kyte and she advised we could get the results from the website. We were unable to the medical assistant advised that the website was not working and refused to fax or mail the results. He stated that if we wanted the results we would have to come in and get them and thereby risk Covid infection. Appointment date. None off the 3-4 staff that I front acknowledge when walk in or after signing on the appointment list. Several others came in and was taking care off there needs. At there space desk. I sat here patiently and even after 30 minutes not a hello even after the seat area clear. Noone yet have acknowledge the clipboard I sign. They group up to chat and laugh again. So unprofessional. There should be some training. And review of the lack of administration. 5 STAR TO DOCTOR
