Seen as a patient and had blood tests done. Left a message for the lab tech to mail or fax the results twice. Both messages ignored. Emailed the PA Janine Kyte and she advised we could get the results from the website. We were unable to the medical assistant advised that the website was not working and refused to fax or mail the results. He stated that if we wanted the results we would have to come in and get them and thereby risk Covid infection.
