I have had chronic insomnia. I have been seeing Dr Fang Wan for insomnia for a few weeks now. I get weekly acupuncture treatment and she has given me traditional Chinese herbal medicine. Dr. Wan is very talented and professional at acupuncture and cupping. She helped me relieve my back and neck pain with cupping. The acupuncture is a great stress release, which helps my mood.
