The company was very easy to work with. They were open and honest about the inspection and state of my roof, did not try to upsell me on anything, and very communicative about the process and scheduling issues. We had to reschedule once and they were open and honest about the situation. I recommend them and plan on using them to help me again when the need arises.
Ben has been really helpful throughout the entire process. The quote was very reasonable. Within a couple of days, they sent a team to do a temporary patch-at no charge—before the scheduled appointment, which we really appreciated. There was a small communication issue with the subcontractor handling the gutter, but the replaced gutter turned out beautifully.Ben is really responsible and did a final walkthrough with us. Overall, a great experience!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Inspection was thorough, a lot of pictures shared, fixed a difficult water leak around window, also addressed roof and siding issues found during inspection. Cost was reasonable. Crew was friendly. Excellent follow up all the way. I will recommend this company for any roofing and siding needs.
Great experience using these guys for a roofing/skylight repair. Professional, prompt, and great communication - considering how hard that is to get these days I was pleasantly surprised. Would highly recommend!
