True Grind has been exceptional. Brandon has created an environment for my son to enjoy working out and to be able to create workout routines beneficial to increase strength, speed, and agility. The kids motivate others to help accomplish his or her dreams and goals. My son's skating speed and agility has increased on the ice rink ever since starting True Grind. Really appreciate Brandon's creativity in the program and his hard work.
Superb facility and trainers for cricketers’ strength & conditioning
True Grind Systems has been an amazing experience for my child. The private training is high quality, structured and focused on real skill development. The coaches are patient, encouraging and they truly know how to work with kids at every level. What I love most is how they build confidence while also pushing athletes to improve with the right technique and mindset. My child left sessions motivated and excited to go back.
True Grind is truly a great place. Brandon and Ian have created an environment that these young athletes can go and get their work in and be trained by guys that truly care about their well being. They also are motivated to help each individual accomplish his or her dreams and goals. That's hard to find this day and age. I've had two kids go through there and will be adding my third next year when he begins high school. Really appreciate all that they do and can't thank them enough.
This is a great spot. Coach’s are awesome and know what they are doing. Great spot to work out.
