Great group sessions for youth wanting to develop speed and agility. High intensity one hour workouts.
This is a great spot. Brandon, Ian, and Travis all create an incredibly positive atmosphere for young men and women of all skill levels to improve their physical performance and build confidence. The kids support each other through little things like fist bumping another athlete they don’t know when they set a new PR on a split, Brandon and team hold athletes accountable when the athletes are slacking and tailor skill development based on how athletes are progressing. My kids see Travis here a couple of days a week. They really enjoy it and they get great work in.
Brandon, Ian, Eric and the entire crew at True Grind have done an amazing job with helping athletes increase their performance at their sports. They are definitely one of the main reasons why I have been able to have a career as a professional baseball player. I have worked with Brandon since 2012 and he has helped me through my high school, collegiate, and professional career as a pitcher. If you are looking to increase your performance and extend your playing career, this is the spot to be.
